What affects the cost of a company profile
- Number of pages. A 4-page overview takes far less time than a 12-page document with services, projects and team sections.
- Content. If your text is ready, the job is mainly layout. If the designer has to structure or rewrite your content, expect to pay more.
- Design depth. A clean template-style layout costs less than custom icons, infographics and a layout built around your brand colours and fonts.
- Formats. A print-ready PDF is standard. An interactive PDF with clickable links, or a matching web version, adds work.
- Revisions. Ask how many rounds are included before you start, so there are no surprises.

- Choose Growth if you are pitching to bigger clients and need room for services, past projects, team and certifications.
- Choose Premium if the profile represents an established brand, goes into tenders or investor meetings, or needs infographics and help organising a lot of content.

What to prepare before you start
- Your logo files and brand colours (if you have them)
- A short company story: when you started, what you do and who you serve
- Your services or products, with one or two lines each
- Past projects or clients you are allowed to show
- Team names and roles, if you want a team page
- Contact details, physical address and social links
