Every resource page states which licence applies. When you download a free resource or buy a premium one, Creative Martin Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files as described below. We keep the copyright.
Personal use
You may use the files for your own non-commercial projects, such as personal social media, events and portfolios.
Commercial use
Everything in personal use, plus use in work for your business or for one client per purchase: marketing, social media, print runs, presentations, websites and branding.
Extended commercial use
Everything in commercial use, plus use in products made for resale (for example printed merchandise) where the design is a substantial part of the product's value.
You may not
- Resell, share, sublicense or give away the original or edited source files, including as part of another template, kit or marketplace listing.
- Use any resource as a trademark, logo or registered brand mark, unless the product is a logo template sold for that purpose and you customise it.
- Claim the original design as your own work.
- Use the files in content that is unlawful, hateful or defamatory.
Third-party content
Photos, fonts or icons shown in previews may not be included in the files. Where a file uses free or third-party assets, the product page lists them along with their own licences.
