Digital downloads
Digital files are delivered immediately, so we do not offer refunds just because you changed your mind once a file has been downloaded. We will repair or replace the file, or refund you, if:
- the file is corrupt or won't open in the software listed on the product page;
- the file is materially different from the description or previews; or
- you were charged twice for the same order.
Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order reference. If you have not downloaded the files yet, you can request a full refund within 14 days.
Printed products (Kenya only)
Printed items are made to order. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we will reprint it or refund you. We can't accept returns for items printed exactly as ordered when the size, colour or text you chose was correct.
You can cancel a printed order for a full refund until it goes into production. The order status page shows when this happens.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method: M-Pesa refunds in KES, PayPal refunds in USD. Once approved, a refund usually takes up to 7 business days to reach you. When a digital order is refunded, access to its downloads is withdrawn.
Your rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Kenyan consumer protection law.
